Steak perfection in the heart of Warsaw
If you’re in Warsaw and craving a proper steak, Butchery & Wine is where you want to be. The dry-aged beef is aged for at least 28 days and cooked in their signature Bertha oven, which reaches scorching temperatures for that perfect crust. I’ve had the Rib Eye and it was outstanding—juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly to my liking. The wine list is equally impressive, with nearly 200 labels including some from small, lesser-known producers. Pair a bold red with your cut and you’re in for a treat.
The atmosphere is modern and lively, especially in the evenings. It’s not the quietest spot, but that’s part of the charm—you can feel the energy of a place locals love. Service is attentive without being overbearing, and the staff clearly knows their stuff when it comes to both meat and wine. Whether you’re a meat purist or just looking for a great dinner, this place delivers consistently.
