If you're into natural wine, Bom Bom Bom should be on your Lisbon shortlist. The selection is seriously impressive — Portuguese orange wines, small-producer naturals, things you won't easily find elsewhere — and the staff guide you through it all without a hint of pretension. Ask them what's pouring and you'll likely end up with something you didn't know you wanted.
Where this place really surprises is the food. Skip the generic bar snacks and go straight for the beef tongue or the squash and carrot dishes — both creative, deeply flavorful, and built to pair with a glass. The kitchen punches well above what you'd expect from a wine bar. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance: there's a music system (vinyl-only DJ sets, per their Instagram) keeping things lively, but you can still actually have a conversation.
