The sommeliers are young, passionate, and genuinely excited to share their knowledge. They'll ask about your preferences and guide you toward discoveries you might never have made on your own.
The atmosphere is sophisticated but never stuffy. You can spend an hour sipping a glass of Saint-Émilion while chatting with locals, or settle into a cozy armchair for a more contemplative tasting. The cheese and charcuterie plates are excellent quality and pair beautifully with the wines. My only minor critique is that it can get quite busy during peak hours, so arriving early or later in the evening helps avoid the crowds.
