The warm, welcoming atmosphere is exactly what you'd want from a neighborhood spot - the staff is friendly and attentive, and the prices are refreshingly reasonable for Berlin.
The venue does have its limitations - it's small and can get uncomfortably crowded during popular events, and the sound system has volume restrictions. But that's part of the charm.
